BuildingLink
Buildings managed by Held use BuildingLink as the central operating platform. Resident and owner information entered into BuildingLink — including name, unit number, contact details, maintenance requests, parcel tracking, and booking records — is collected and stored by BuildingLink on behalf of the owners corporation or asset owner.
Held accesses this information in the course of delivering building management services. BuildingLink’s own privacy policy governs the storage and handling of data within its platform.
Third-party services
Our website and operations use third-party services that may collect or process personal information on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — for website traffic analysis.
- Gravity Forms — for processing website form submissions.
These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information in accordance with the APPs.
